Job Summary:
We are hiring for multiple roles in our growing ServiceNow practice – from Developers and Senior Developers to Technical Leads and Product Owners. The ideal candidates will have deep expertise across various ServiceNow modules and will play a critical role in designing, developing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and IT strategy.
Open Roles & Responsibilities:
1. ServiceNow Developer (4–6 Years):
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.
- Create business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies.
- Work on integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Troubleshoot issues and support platform upgrades.
2. Senior ServiceNow Developer (6–8 Years):
- Design scalable technical solutions based on requirements from stakeholders.
- Guide junior developers and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Work closely with architects to define and implement platform strategies.
- Lead implementation efforts across modules and manage release cycles.
3. ServiceNow Technical Lead (8–10 Years):
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations.
- Define coding standards, development guidelines, and architecture decisions.
- Drive integration strategies and oversee CI/CD and DevOps adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, infra, and operations.
4. ServiceNow Product Owner (10–12 Years):
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Define product vision and roadmap for ServiceNow platform evolution.
- Prioritize backlog items and drive value delivery in Agile environment.
- Ensure platform adoption, process improvements, and measurable business impact.
Key Modules & Technical Expertise:
- Core: ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog
- Advanced: ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, Software/Hardware Asset Management
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder
- Experience in Service Portal and Custom App Development
- Hands-on with API Integrations (REST/SOAP), LDAP, SSO, MID Servers
- Understanding of ITIL processes, ServiceNow upgrades, and platform maintenance
Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- One or more Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.
- Product Owner certifications (for PO roles) like CSPO or equivalent (optional but preferred)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical, leadership, and mentoring capabilities
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
