Position: ServiceNow Portal Developer
Location: PAN India (Hybrid – No Remote)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Portal Developer with strong experience in building and customizing ServiceNow Portals using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ServiceNow development, scripting, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow Portals using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks.
- Work on UI/UX enhancements for ServiceNow applications and portals.
- Perform portal scripting in Angular and CSS-based UX/UI design.
- Create and maintain client-side and server-side scripts (e.g., Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes).
- Work with ServiceNow APIs (GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.).
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems such as AD, SCCM, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and monitoring tools.
- Support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, and Virtual Agent.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow development experience in a multi-tier enterprise environment.
- Strong scripting knowledge in JavaScript, JSON, and AngularJS.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and UX/UI design principles.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to share knowledge with the team.
